TRX_DonnaPersonal training, whether individually or in a small group, is the fastest way to get and stay fit. It isn’t just for body builders or if you’re 20 to 30 years old. It is for everyone and every age! If you can get to LIB then you can work out! If you can’t get to LIB, or want to work out in your own home gym, hire Libby to come to you (priced on individual basis).

You get Libby’s full attention during each session. This is the best way to go if you have chronic physical problems or injuries that need addressed. Libby knows the body and knows how to address your physical issues. Getting and staying fit is a great way to extend health and well being into your life for the rest of your life, especially if you think you are too old or too out of shape. Starting with simple exercises and light weights—you will be surprised how fast your body changes, how much energy, and agility you gain!

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Individual Session: $60
Monthly at 1X a week: $240*
Monthly at 2X a week: $480*

You are welcome to schedule individual sessions. Monthly commitments are not mandatory, but highly encouraged.

DUET GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Two people:
$80 one hour
$320 monthly 1x a week for 4 weeks
$640 monthly for 2x a week for 4 weeks

*all monthly single and duet personal training are scheduled on a specific day and time. If you can’t make your training, then a make up class will be scheduled with in the pre-paid month.

** Group classes are scheduled on a specific day and time for the whole group. If the group cancels, then their class will be re-scheduled at a specific day and time within the pre-paid month. Individuals will forfeit that class.
